UK SHIPPING RATES 

All our items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a delivery time of 2-3 working days. 

Price is just £4.99 regardless of size, weight or how many items you order.

For full peace of mind the Royal Mail Tracked UK service includes: 

  • FREE SMS and email updates with tracking information
  • FREE re-delivery if you are not in on the first delivery attempt
  • A fully tracked service from collection until delivery at your door
  • Compensation for lost post*

*Only available when post is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, any situations where tracking has an order as 'delivered' will not be considered for compensation. The maximum compensation is £100.

Once the item has left us it is your responsibility to track the progress of your parcel and to deal with any Royal Mail issues using the tracking number provided to you. 

We will use Parcelforce if an item is too large for Royal Mail acceptance. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are Royal Mail guidelines only. We are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.

We want to make your buying experience a fun one so please contact us with any queries or if you wish to have something sooner by Next Day Delivery within the UK.

 

EUROPEAN SHIPPING RATES

Includes all EU states, Norway & Switzerland.

All orders within the EU are tracked and shipped using national post services: EG: Deutsche Post, PostNord, Poste Italiane, Correos, PostNL, AnPost & La Poste etc……

Price is just £14.99 regardless of size, weight or how many items you order.

For full peace of mind, the EU Tracked service includes: 

  • Fully tracked with online confirmation of delivery
  • Delivery aim: 3 – 5 working days
  • Additional duties & taxes may apply*

*We are not responsible for customs charges imposed by your country 

*As the UK has left the EU customers ordering from the EU may have country specific Import VAT to pay. This is approximately 20% of order value. This applies only on orders over a value of €22. Duties may also apply on orders over €150.

DISPATCH TIMES

Please allow 1-2 working days (not including weekends and UK bank holidays) after payment confirmation for your order to be shipped. We are a small business, so everything is done by hand.

We will always try our best to stay within the dispatch time frame listed, however, they may be subject to change during busy periods like Christmas & Promotional events.

Delivery time frames commences from date of dispatch, not date of purchase.
